Extra Large Yard Package — $125

(Our most popular package!)

This setup is approximately 25–30 feet long and includes:

• 24-inch letters
• “Happy Birthday” or custom greeting of your choice
• Up to approximately 25 total characters for greeting, name, and age
• Balloons, stars, presents, cupcakes, and themed personalized graphics

This display is BIG and designed to make a statement!

• FREE delivery, setup, and pickup within 5 miles of ZIP code 77064
• Same-day orders: Add $25
• Additional nights: $40 per night
• Holiday delivery or pickup fee: Add $30
  (Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s only)

DELIVERY & MILEAGE FEES

Please note that every rental requires multiple trips for setup and pickup. Because of this, additional mileage fees apply outside our standard service area.

• More than 5 miles from 77064: +$1
• More than 10 miles from 77064: +$15
• More than 15 miles from 77064: +$20
• More than 20 miles from 77064: +$50

At this time, we do not service locations farther than 20 miles from ZIP code 77064.

PAYMENT POLICY

Once your order request is submitted and availability is confirmed, an invoice will be emailed to you.

Your booking is only guaranteed once payment has been received within 48 hours of the invoice being sent.

Example: If an invoice is sent on October 1st but payment is not received until October 10th for an event on October 12th, your date may no longer be available due to other bookings.

Please note:

• We do not accept cash or checks at setup
• Full payment must be completed before installation

Signs will be set up after dark the night before event date & picked up approximately 24 hours later. I typically allow signs to be kept a bit longer but the only guarantee for additional days is to pay the $40 fee for each additional day. During graduation,  additional days must be paid.

Payment is due once we confirm the details of your yard sign display. 

You will receive an invoice via e-mail from Lawn Pops to complete your transaction. You will click on the secured link that says “Pay Invoice."
All reservations are pre-paid and are not confirmed until payment is received. (No exceptions or deposits)

We typically will only go within 20 miles of 77064. Price varies depending on distance.  If you submit an order request, we will promptly email you an estimate. 

• Cancellations made after booking are eligible for either: (a) 50% refund of the amount paid, or (b) Full account credit that may be applied toward a future rental date, subject to scheduling availability.
• Weather conditions that are unsafe or unsuitable for setup may require cancellation or postponement at our discretion.
• Refunds will not be issued for incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
• Refunds will not be issued if the homeowner, HOA, apartment office, or property manager requests removal of the display after setup.
• Refunds will not be issued if installation cannot be completed because of unsuitable yard conditions, including hard soil, rocks, excessive slope, underground obstructions, or limited access areas.
• Refunds will not be issued if pets, wildlife, or unsafe conditions prevent setup or removal.
• Customers in gated neighborhoods or secured properties are responsible for ensuring access is available at the scheduled setup time. Failure to provide access will not qualify for a refund.
