Rental Terms & Refund Policy

RENTAL TERMS

  • Your reservation date is secured only after full payment has been received.
  • Customers are financially responsible for any rental items that are lost, stolen, broken, or damaged during the rental period.
  • For safety reasons, please do not allow children or adults to climb, lean, sit, swing, or play on the display pieces. The materials used for our displays are decorative only and are not designed to support weight.
  • Once the display has been installed, please do not relocate, remove, or rearrange any items.
  • All signs and display materials remain the property of our company. Please do not dispose of, alter, vandalize, or tamper with the display in any way.
  • If the display is being delivered as a surprise, please inform the recipient not to handle the signs, as the booking client remains responsible for the rental equipment.
  • Please take reasonable precautions to prevent damage caused by lawn equipment, pets, sprinklers, vehicles, or other outdoor hazards.
  • Balloons, banners, or additional decorations should not be attached to the display unless prior approval has been given.
  • If lawn maintenance is scheduled, please arrange service before installation or after pickup. Fresh grass clippings and lawn equipment may permanently damage display items.
  • Photos with the display are encouraged. However, please leave all pieces in place and avoid pulling signs from the ground. Our company is not liable for injuries, accidents, or property damage related to installation, display use, or removal.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

  • Cancellations made after booking are eligible for either: (a) 50% refund of the amount paid, or (b) Full account credit that may be applied toward a future rental date, subject to scheduling availability.
  • Weather conditions that are unsafe or unsuitable for setup may require cancellation or postponement at our discretion.
  • Refunds will not be issued for incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  • Refunds will not be issued if the homeowner, HOA, apartment office, or property manager requests removal of the display after setup.
  • Refunds will not be issued if installation cannot be completed because of unsuitable yard conditions, including hard soil, rocks, excessive slope, underground obstructions, or limited access areas.
  • Refunds will not be issued if pets, wildlife, or unsafe conditions prevent setup or removal.
  • Customers in gated neighborhoods or secured properties are responsible for ensuring access is available at the scheduled setup time. Failure to provide access will not qualify for a refund.
